1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using MyBusinessPartner.ae (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to register an account and use the Platform.

3. Nature of the service

MyBusinessPartner.ae is a platform that allows registered users to publish business ideas and connect with potential business partners, investors, and team members. The Platform is a venue for introductions only; it does not vet, endorse, guarantee, or take any responsibility for the accuracy of business ideas, the outcome of any partnership, or the conduct of any user.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and verify your email address before logging in.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the business ideas, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant MyBusinessPartner.ae a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform to other registered users. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to post false or misleading business ideas, harass other users, misuse contact information obtained through the Platform, or attempt to interfere with the Platform's security or normal operation.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the Platform.

8. Limitation of liability

MyBusinessPartner.ae is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, we are not liable for any losses arising from business relationships, investments, or partnerships formed through the Platform.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
